Author Guidelines

International Conference on Mechanical Automation and Engineering Applications (ICMAEA 2025) invites the submission of technical papers for the conference which will be held in Chongqing, China, from September 19th to September 21th, 2025. Submissions are invited on significant, original, and previously unpublished research on all aspects of mechanical automation and engineering applications. All papers will receive mindful and rigorous reviews. ICMAEA 2025 aims at providing one major international forum for researchers to share their new ideas and achievements.

  • All submitted papers should be written and presented only in English.

  • All submitted papers must be original and should not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication during the conference's evaluation process.

  • Please limit your paper within 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, and extra pages will be charged.

  • Each submitted paper will undergo a thorough double-blind review process, assessing factors such as technical quality, relevance to conference topics, originality, significance, and clarity.

  • Upon acceptance, authors of selected papers will receive guidelines for preparing and submitting the final papers, along with the notification of acceptance.

  • All accepted papers will be featured in the conference proceedings.
